Payment and Refund Policy

Payment

The total sum to be paid is shown in the portal before a customer makes the transaction. As stated in the subscription page, the subscription is valid for one (1) year and will automatically renewed if the customer opted for auto-renewal, otherwise, the subscription will be terminated after one (1) year. If a customer wanted to continue the subscription, he/she can renew the subscription before the end of subscription date.

Taxes

The Platform self-subscription payment includes Government taxes, where applicable. We will review the tax charges from time to time in tandem to the Government regulations.

Refund Policy

The Subscription / License fee is non-refundable, regardless of any circumstances. Customers may manage their subscription plans: update or cancel them. Once the subscription is deleted before expiration, Favoriot will keep the balance.

Platform Usage

A customer can use all the features listed for the subscribed package after the amount has been paid. If a customer wants to upgrade the package, they can do so from the portal or email us at support at favoriot.com
