TRAINING – Advanced IoT Workshop with FAVORIOT

September 5th, 2017 Posted by IOT PLATFORM 0 thoughts on “TRAINING – Advanced IoT Workshop with FAVORIOT”

In collaboration with MyInvent through their MyDuino.com and FAVORIOT, we will be offering Advanced IoT Workshop with FAVORIOT” on Sept. 23-24, 2017.

In this workshop, we will be using NodeMCU (Arduino-WiFi Compatible Device) as it can be implemented as the controller that is interfaced with sensors and actuators, which meant to be connected to FAVORIOT IoT platform. The connection of these controllers, sensors, and actuators to an IoT platform enable real-time control, data collection, and data analysis.

We recommend this workshop to anyone, who wants to learn how to integrate IoT devices and IoT platform to develop IoT solutions and applications.

Participation in this workshop will enable you to:

  • Develop IoT projects with an integration of Arduino platform and Favoriot platform,
  • Understand the hierarchy of devices management in Favoriot platform,
  • Understand which IoT protocols are suitable to be implemented in your IoT project,
  • Build a roadmap to develop and implement your own IoT solutions and applications.

Arduino IoT Workshop with FAVORIOT

Our IoT training partner, Myinvent, has just conducted the first Arduino IoT Workshop using our FAVORIOT platform (August 24, 2017). The students are from MARA Japan Industrial Institute (MJII) and the venue at MyMake Association, MCMC. The training was conducted by Mohammad Ariffin Zulkifli.

screenshot_02.jpgAhmad Sukri just posted on his Facebook how he is able to connect ESPresso Lite V2 (ESP8266) with FAVORIOTplatform. He used a potentiometer to demonstrate and used the dashboard to display the data.

Ahmad Sukri became one of FAVORIOT’s early developers that have been experimenting our IoT middleware called FAVORIOT.
